I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Smile Direct Club (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2020
Interview
This was hands down the worst interview process I have ever been apart of. I completed every step they asked, took part in a panel interview, replied to them in a timely manner, and made it to the final top two candidates. They left me completely in the dark after two months of me emailing bi- weekly to try and find out if I had an offer or if I was even in the interview pool, still. The recruiter took weeks to reply to my emails until I finally asked to be taken out of consideration. I then find out they are looking for a stronger candidate, which I do not take personally, but I am appalled at the complete lack of communication on their end. A simple email letting me know where I stood a month in would have sufficed. I have heard similar stories of their interview process and I will not recommend any fellow friends/ coworkers to apply at SDC.
