The first interview started off with a recruiter who was nice and engaged. The second interview was with the hiring manager. He was nice enough but answered my questions very broadly. I didn’t feel like he was truly listening to me. He seemed disengaged and described my current role back to me as something completely different than how I described it in our conversation… so I think he may have been thinking about another candidate while interviewing me. Weird. It was an okay experience but I had an off/slightly negative feeling after the interview.
