There were three total interviews and the last was with a panel. I applied for the position and scheduled an interview within one week! Easygoing process and very informative and clear about role expectations and company culture.

Interview
I first had a call from a recruitment agency. A week later they call again and scheduled me for an interview with Smile Direct HR manager and Area Manager. There were around 10days until the day of my interview. Of course I was super exited and looking forward to it. Unfortunately the recruiter called me in less that 24 hours prior the interview to inform me that Smile Direct have cancel the role of the store manager and interview is no longer happening.This was very odd and so unprofessional.
