Quick, easy interview process. Had a few panel interviews but overall very quick and efficient. Had three interviews overall. I have been a part of much harder interviews. Started with HR team, then two panels after that. Asked thoughtful questions, but nothing out of the norm.

Tell us about a time you had to deal with a problem on a project?
Very unorganized process. Little to no visibility into the job description. No one seemed like the key decision maker. The questions asked did not seem relevant to the job and no one in the room seemed prepped for the interview or even knew I was on their calendar for the day.
