The process started with a Phone interviewed first, the next step was a visir to the shop manager in store to complete final step ,,toyed shop , then waited for recruiter to come back with an offer
Pretty smooth and easy very flexible and easy to follow. In person interview is available and very informative. They asked questions typical of an interview process and it was pretty simple overall
Easy, more oriented towards sales and customer service. Asked about previous experience and how I can provide value to the smile direct club. The store manager was friendly and had a great conversion.
