The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Smith+Nephew (Houston, TX) in Apr 2010
Interview
Only had to interview with hiring manager, but on three different occasions. This was followed by several ride alongs with various reps which had worked for for that manager for a number of years. Interview was straight forward and very informal, more of a discussion. There was no written format and questions came from the gut and not from a script. Hiring manager had initial and final say as long as background check and drug screen came back negative.

Interview
applies April 24th, finally heard something mid May and it was about the on-demand interview that you could do at your own pace. Did that and did not hear a single thing from them since. I would go back to the website constantly; all it would say is "in processing/screening". I checked on June 10th just to find out I was not selected to move on and still haven't heard a thing from them, I had to look for myself.

Interview
Informative and easy going. My first round was one way video interviews which then lead to a phone interview with the talent acquisition manager. Each process gave a lot of information about the role and company as a whole.
