Very negative experience. The company was very disrespectful and left me in the dark for long periods between interviews. I waited for close to 2 weeks to get a rejection and the hiring manager didn't have the courage to communicate it to me directly and had the external recruiter do it. 1. Screening interview w/ external recruiter 2. Interview w/ manager: - Why Smith? - Behavioral questions - Technical questions (how would you go about analyzing company performance against budget?) 3. Interview w/ GM - Why Smith - Talk about experience working cross-functionally 4. Interview w/ Sales VP - Why Smith - Talk about experience working cross-functionally
