Very easy going process
People interviewed: the director of operations, two design principals
the environment was quite cozy and the interviewees made me feel very comfortable.
I was given a tour of the office. HR manager was absolutely great.

that was good. they were 3 people and it was 30 min. they asked about everything and they seemed to be so good with me how ever they did not accept me for the position.
The interview process was for a entry level position and was fairly standard for an architecture firm. There was no hard-hitting question. I got the sense it was mostly to evaluate if you would fit the company culture. I did have to walk through my portfolio and give examples of problems solved, team issues, etc. on projects.
