Very laid back. Phone interview by corporate. Two interviews with sales team. Be prepared with experience relevant to the job. Sales group seemed like a fun group. Be prepared to tell about yourself.

Strange process. Recruiter reached and set up time for phone screen. Then 5 minutes before the actual call, I was contacted requesting a reschedule. Was contacted again a few days later about potential changes to the role and promised I would get a update. Had to contact recruiter on update and was then told they will not be filling the position. A couple of weeks later was informed that they moved forward with another candidate. That’s confusing...
Please be a bit more considerate with the time of your future candidates. Don’t string them along and be upfront about what is going on.
