Interview
Overall good interview process and positive experience. A little spaced on time-took a while to hear back from initial application, as well as between interviews. Final interview was on site and company paid for, overall good vibe from the company. Forthright, transparent, seemed a little easy. Job description was a little vague but it's R&D sciences for a mostly food company so understandable. Team was nice lab was great culture seemed solid.
Offer was lower than expected despite initially providing range I would need, perhaps lowballing to see if I would take less, or expecting negotiation. It seemed like a good place to work. Would have liked to see more eagerness during hiring process and an offer that showed I was desired.
