Felt thought like they did this for the first time, so wasn't very fluid. 2 online interviews and then a 3-hour on-insite including 45 minute presentation to team and also 1 hour 1:1 behavioral interview with the CEO. A little unprofessional as well because they actually requested my references, reached out to my references and scheduled a quick call, but rescinded the meeting with the references last minute, also telling them I was no longer a candidate and they were not moving me forward in the process versus just telling them they do not need to speak to them or they have completed the reference checks (very amateur look on the company's part).
