      you will eventually interview with the CEO that tries to wear too many hats within the organization and is a micro manager of the business. He has built a dictatorship in house that allows for no decisions to e made without his approval that includes all hires. After my last interview that did not even have the respect for me as a human to respond to

      Hi, I'm the CEO/dictator :-) being referenced here. If we have a fault, it's not responding quickly to this candidate to let them know they hadn't made it through our interview process.
