This company has great product but my interview experience reflects a poor culture. In defense, likely a by-product of growth. Having interviewed 3 times, I found that each ended with very little clarification on next steps. Initial conversations with hiring managers were always positive and optimistic, but led to constant chasing with limited reciprocal communication.
