I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SoCtronics (Hyderābād) in Jun 2015
Interview
First they conducted a written test at our college premises which includes:-
1. Analog questions (Discriptive)
RC circuits(3-4 Q)
MOS circuits(20 Q, most of them from RAZAVI)
Opamps (1-2 Q)
BJT (1-2 Q)
2. C (Discriptive)
3. Aptitude
Those who will be selected will be called to hyderabad for interviews.
In Hyderabad-
Since the performance in Analog domain was not up to the mark so they gave a brief lecture on MOS and again conducted a test having only Analog technical question. Those who cleared this will go to next step.
1. Personal aptitude test(They will Q and will ask you to solve and give the logic)
2. Technical Interview(Tough)
3. Technical Interview(Average)
4. HR round(Director will take your HR)
Those who are selected in 4th step will be further proceed to final HR round.
5. HR will give you detail of CTC and all the detail of bond and BG.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you are good in Network Analysis and MOSFET is not enough. You should have a detailed knowledge of MOSFET and its type of question. Specially, practice RAZAVI.
I applied online. I interviewed at SoCtronics (Visakhapatnam) in Oct 2020
Interview
It will be around of 1 to 3 hours...For me it took 3 hours ...
i was allowed to seated in a computer lab in ANITS college...only for people selected for analog interview.they will make us to sit four corners of same room. and ask us to solve some random 2nd round (mains) questions.Genenraly most of them are related to analog ic design...a btech person cant have much knowledge...so they ask easy questions and help us to solve unsolved questions...prepare c language & digital also and aptitude well
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
mostly about DIGITAL ELECTRONICS and in analog electronics
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SoCtronics (Guntūr)
Interview
The interview process consists of a prelims which consists of basic electronics related and aptitude questions.
Then the shortlisted students need to attend mains which consists of Analog electronics questions.
Then the students qualified for interview are interviewed.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SoCtronics in Aug 2018
Interview
first they take a prelims which is quite easy then mains which is tough then they will call you for interview and interview will be based on the basic RL/RC RLC circuits and op-Amps and VLSI basics
