SoFi Marketing interview questions

Did a couple phone interviews, then they had me send in a writing test. They didn't give clear instructions, in my opinion, and when I sent it in, they never emailed me to say they received it. When I asked if they had read it and asked for feedback, all I got was a generic form letter saying they weren't interested anymore. I emailed again asking for feedback, nothing. No feedback, no explanation, nothing. The moment they lost interest it was like I was no longer a person to them. I understand if they hated my writing test, but I spent time on it, and I thought the least they could do was say what they didn't like. Very cold.
