Recruiter is great! Friendly, responsive, and personable. The first step outside of the recruiter screening is straight to the CMO (hiring manager) for this position. Not sure if just off the bat I made a negative impression, she didn't deem me qualified, I was wasting her time, etc... but I have never been so put down after an interview.
It was robotic and there was no warm greeting/ getting to know you period. It was rapid-fire questions with an unblinking face and no follow-up or conversation engagement. Once the question was answered, it was onto the next one. Periods during the interview, she had to pause and mute due to children interrupting and I thought that was a great chance to break some tension, but it was not mentioned and we moved on.
Additionally, we spent a good amount of time describing WHAT each of my past companies did (not my role within the companies) which I felt was not really that important in the grand scheme of things...
Needless to say, I did not get the position or even a next chance to interview, but happy for that.
Bottom line is I was made to feel inferior and not worth time during the duration of the interview. I hope this can be improved as I have sincere hopes for this company to grow.
