Super easy. In person, & asked about experience. Then asked about what customer service means to me. I went initially to be a bartender but then they told me that the positions for bartenders are all filled up already. I asked if there were any others available & was offered different positions. Ended up taking an even better position. I asked about salary provided & was given an appropriate wage.
