Sodexo Senior Communications Manager interview questions

Received email from recruiter to set up telephone interview; scheduled appointment next day and within the hour had a form-reply email that I was no longer under consideration. Thanks to Google, I learned that this is a standard practice for recruiters when they have candidates that are better suited; however, as a courtesy, the recruiter could’ve have emailed me as she did initially. At first, I thought this was a miscommunication and emailed her but she didn’t respond—now I know why!
