Initially contacted by are recruiter and did phone screen. Moved on to phone screen with Sofidel human resources personnel which went well. Did another
phone screen with VP of Sofidel Americans and purchasing manager and a few others, which went okay too. Recruiter called and said they decided not to bring me in for a plant interview. Three months later the same recruiter called me back and said the Sofidel America’s leadership had changed and the HR manager was impressed with my resume and credentials and was still interested in me for this position. Did another phone interview with the site local HR manager which again went well. They ended up bringing me in for a plant interview with the local team. Interviewed with the site manager, project manager, global quality leader, and the converting manager. I’m very critical of myself especially during interviews but I did well, however the recruiter let me know a week later that they were not going to move further with me as a candidate...in fact they were going to repost the position for some reason.
