      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Soft Machines (San Jose, CA) in Dec 2015

      Interview

Very slow interview process. Started with a phone interview, then couple of onsite technical. Followed by meeting with VP and CEO on different dates. Whole process took close to 3 months. Starting from the phone interview there was rescheduling etc. So not very professional. Interview questions were good and appropriate. Some of the technical staff gave good feedback and were open. So, some positives there. But overall, not a good experience, slow and unprofessional.
