Be very wary of the job postings for SoftRock. They all turn out to be Verification Specialists regardless of how they are advertised. Basically the job is verifying that someone input the correct information in their online application and then asking them if they are interested in furthering their education. If so you transfer them to some sort of specialist. Training is two weeks (6 days per) full of 12-14 hour days. In that two weeks you will be on the phone a minimum of 90 hours.
The initial 1 on 1 interview is a waste of time. If you sound half way competent they will push you through to the second round. The second interview is with approx. 30 other candidates. For two hours you watch company videos, hear about "a day in the live of a Verification Specialist," and also give an elevator pitch about yourself.
If you have any amount of sales experience and you want to keep selling - THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU.
If you are looking for a customer service position this could be an okay fit.
