I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SoftRock (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
4 interview process: They send you a text message asking you to call in first, then you go to a one on one interview where they ask you a few questions and then give you a tour, the next stage is a 2 hour sales pitch begging people to work for them, the last stage is what they call "test drive", its basically a game and you learn nothing about the company. Then you learn if you are hired or not.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SoftRock in Apr 2013
Interview
I was very impressed with the interview process. Sometimes it can be overwhelming but I enjoy that they took it in steps. The first interview was more of a meet and greet and I could tell that they were asking basic questions to see if we (the company and I) would be a good fit. I think the toughest thing about the on-boarding process for Softrock is to thoroughly explain what we do, versus what your position would be, the interview process does both of those things seamlessly.
