The second round of interviews was very long. It begins with several potential employees at the same time for an almost two hour presentation on how SoftRock knows how to party. Their targeted audience is young fresh out of college people looking for a company that is fun, young, hip and into sports and parties. It sounds very positive, except the actual position is not what is advertised. It is mainly commission. The writing sample for the job was to write a description of the job. The expected pay of 60-80,000, was in fact a 38,000 base with "potential" of those amounts.
