Interview was scheduled by recruitment agency for Java Developer. It took 2 days, 2 rounds on day1 and other 2 rounds on second day. First was HR introduction where HR explained about the company, its timing(i.e. 2pm-11pm) and other details. Also they ask about candidate and most importantly they wanted to discuss expected CTC, so that if its not acceptable to the company they won't process your candidature further. Second round was technical round on Core Java and OOPS concepts. Third round was techno-managerial. And final round was again HR round to finalize the package. It was irony that my candidature was processed when we agreed on certain range of package,but still i was offered less package then discussed earlier. This was really very disappointing and hence i declined the offer.
