Applied through website, got an email from their administrative assistant the next day to schedule a phone interview for the next week. Two days after the phone interview, got an email inviting me for an on-site interview the week after. Before the interview, the administrative assistant showed me around the office, met with the HR director for a 1:1, then the hiring manager and developer team lead for a panel interview. Got a call from the HR director less than a week later saying they were not pursing any current candidates for the position. They were very good about keeping to their timeline and were professional enough to inform me that they were not pursing me as a candidate.
