This is an entirely fair callout; I don't know the circumstances or situation beyond what's described in this review, but if it happened exactly like this, than its absolutely an unacceptable performance on Softworld's part. I would respectfully suggest that our over 30 years of history, repeat awards for client and talent satisfaction and other publicly viewable successes allow me to confidently state that we are the furthest from a "sham of agency." That said, its fair to judge us on individual interactions, and this particular instance is inexcusable.
