Interview was disrespectful and a joke. Salary comp was discussed. I named base salary range, they said that was within range. Later, they said that was all-in. ( I expected a minimum of $100K commissions above base salary) Final interview was rescheduled 3x. Once because of me, two times because of them, culminating in not moving forward due to tenure concerns. (which are clearly on my CV to begin with) I was interviewing for life sciences, which Sogeti has recently aquired and has no market familiarity with.

Advice: Stay the course - don’t disrespect a candidate experience. If tenure is a concern, it’s the simplest thing to screen out upfront.
