Abysmal. Blatant discrimination and lies. Said they were desperate to hire but turned out that was a total lie. Applied, got told that they are only looking for senior developers with multiple years of experience. When female classmate with a total of 12 months of experience applied they suddenley had no problems hiring. Do they run on some kind of time dilation where 12 months are suddenley "multiple years of experience"?
