I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Solace (California City, CA) in Apr 2026
Interview
I had a 8 minute interview with a recruiter. She asked me 2 or 3 questions. I asked her what the next steps would be and she said I would have to do a background check and that was it. I'm concerned this is a scam to steal my identity. Basically, once I do the background check, I get the job. This is fishy, no?

It was great. My interviewer was really nice. She didn’t ask me a bunch of difficult questions. It was very easy. I did not do anything to prepare for this interview. I actually went and blind.
