SolarCity Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Great phone interview, but with no negotiated salary. The recruiter took his time to ask me questions about past sales experience. Described what their ideal employee should bring to the table. We talked about the history of Solarcity, what my job responsibilities would encompass, benefits etc. Actual interviews were hurried and nonchalantly conducted. Looking for candidates that fit their Google/Twitter mentality -

The phone interview was great. The interviewer could see I had over 10 years of successful sales experience and it was an enjoyable experience talking to him. I went to the face to face interview with high hopes but I could tell immediately there was something wrong. I was in a coat and tie - the two interviewers looked as if they had just rolled out of bed in their clothes. There were no gotcha questions - frankly it seemed like they did not know how to conduct a real interview. I had good answers to all the questions and except for their unfriendly attitude, I thought it went pretty well. But it was not a very professional interview and they looked a little lost at times. When I found out I was turned down I was absolutely floored. The only thing I could think of was that they do not want a person of 58 years old working for them or someone who had more experience than they did.
