Interview
I interviewed with Ryan Duff. Most questions were geared towards finding out who you are as a person, which I had no problem with. He was really cool and personable and I could tell he was a person I wanted to work with.

Most questions were geared to getting to know me to see if I was a personality fit. I was completely comfortable with this as I believe that renewable energy is the most important industry for our country's future and I want to work hard to make sure that we are the industry leader. I feel like I was a natural fit and liked the interview process and understood the basis and motivation behind the questions/conversation(was more formatted like a conversation than an interview.) You shouldn't find any questions difficult or unexpected, just answer the questions honestly.

I was in a different state than the position I was applying for so we interviewed over the phone. It was a normal interview, but the two supervisors who interviewed me made it feel personable.

Interview
I was pre scanned in a job fair, then within two days received two emails from two different people. I was asked to complete two online assessments then a day later was asked for a phone interview the following week. Upon completing the phone interview I was asked if I could attend a group interview the following morning. I did. There were 11 others in attendance and we were there for 3 hours.
