Fairly basic, just make sure to have examples of over coming a problem. Make sure to know about the company, a simple search on their website and wikipedia will do. Tailor your answers the position and have a great attitude and smile. Make sure that you tell them that change is good and why? They love that.

I was first contacted by a recruiter and then had my interview on Zoom and met with a couple managers. I felt like the recruiter was pretty honest and transparent. They had to reschedule my interview once and then the second time rescheduled it to a Zoom interview instead of the in-person interview it was going to be. It was pretty low-key and I asked several questions as well. I was a little surprised because they were late a few minutes for the interview, but it wasn't an issue for me. Most people end up doing group interviews for the position.
