HR Consulting Company arranged Interview. Manager who interview never saw my resume before the interview process. My current role was quite different from the role i was being interviewing. I couldn't answer the questions related to role for which I am being interviewing. I didn't contacted back since the position was not appealing to me, either HR too :P
