I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Solenis
Interview
I was taken to a booth where I had 30 minutes to be interviewed, but there was another interview using it with another applier, so we waited outside. I was worried that this was cutting into my interviewing time so, I decided to make small talk about the pine trees and how their flexible, since it was relevant to the company. When it was my turn she asked me question that I will mention in the input boxes below. After it was done we shaked hands and I left, I emailed them back a week later wondering how my application was doing, and got nothing. And after that I never heard from them ever again.

Easy going, good conversation, single interview with a panel of three people. The interviewers were relaxed throughout the duration of the interview. Conversation included personal traits and attributes, skills, as well as a casual conversation about my interests.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Solenis (Grand Rapids, MI) in Nov 2017
Interview
Very easy and smooth. Involved a phone call and then a lunch with one of their employees. Very informative and casual, did not feel pressure at all. Filled out online application and was then contacted via phone to set up the interview at a place of my choosing in Grand Rapids.
