Applied for a job and went through roughly 3 rounds of interviews. 1) screening interview with HR rep to walk through resume to ensure I was a real person with resume that overlapped with job description. HR rep asked why I was interested in Solid Power, and why I wanted to change industries 2) video interview with another Project Engineer at Solid Power. Walked through resume, asked about capital project experience, subcontractor management, a few behavioral questions 3) on-site interview with greater engineering team. Two rounds of panel interviews with 2 people each. Mixture of behavioral and technical engineering questions relevant to the specific unit operations being used by the company
