Interview
The recruiter reached out to me and within minutes, was only trying to discredit me. I've had tough interviews, but never such an unpleasant experience where I felt I had to defend myself and actually confront a recruiter. I can't imagine what it's like to work for such a company and not sure what type of authority this person has been given, but NO THANKS. There was not one ounce of positivity from this guy so told him I couldn't see myself working there and didn't care to defend myself any further as there are 1000's of companies.

Describe your wants/don't wants in your next position.
I had an initial phone screen which lasted no more than 7minutes. The individual who was interviewing me was rude and was very dismissive.
It seemed he had already made up his mind on whether or not i'd continue to the process, no matter what i'd answer, he'd just push back with skepticism and doubt.
The arrogance of the interviewer made me realize I wouldnt want to work at this place anyway. I'd avoid the CSM team.
