Interview
I've never enjoyed an interview before this one. The interviews were very conversational, they weren't trying to trip me up. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me.
interview process-
First, there was a 30-minute interview with the recruiter. Then a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager. The last step was a three-person panel interview with the folks from different teams, and a technical interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Solvvy called me for a pre-screening call. After a 10 minute discussion, the individual that spoke with me stated that I was not up-to-par with technical skills but that I had great customer service skills. This seemed like an odd assessment considering I have 10+ years of technical engineering experience and have never held a customer service position in my life. In addition to that, they never even asked any technical questions. I am baffled on how that conclusion was reached. Regardless, I was not planning on proceeding with the process beyond this point due to the terrible Glassdoor reviews and lack of growth and funding. I just figured I would give them a chance and would judge for myself. Unfortunately, the reviews were true about this struggling startup.
