When interviewing someone you have to pay close attention to the person to make sure you make good eye contact with the person getting the interview and ask a series of questions like do you have reliable transportation to and from work is there anything keeping you tied up to where you can't work can you be at work on time everyday, can you read and write and if you feel they are being honest set them up with a second 1-1 interview
