I applied online. I interviewed at Sonic (Deming, NM) in May 2017
Interview
After applying online, I was supposed to expect a phone call but it never came. After two weeks, I called in myself to see the status of my application and they said to come in for an interview. It was the simplest thing ever and not sure if I even consider it an interview... they asked for my name, if I was still in high school, and if I have ever worked before. They told me to come in a week later, and when I showed, the manager wasn't there, so they told me to come back next week. No show. This happened three times and I decided to not return.
The process was a very simple and friendly interview. Very professional for a fast food chain. Would recommend for a high school student or a recent graduate looking to start making money.
Quick and simple. Simply apply online for the location you want to work in. When they are hiring, they call you back rather quick. Go for the interview and it's easy.
