It was an easy well thought out interview process. The manager was very thorough and informative. Questions relative to the position, explanation on the company, franchise and culture. Overall a great experience.

HR could not give me the time of day. These people could not care any less about my interview, but were oh so excited to reach out and extend an interview time slot.

Initial contact from recruiter one hour after applying to the position. Called for a 30 minute conversation about previous experience and leadership style. Recruiter gave a lot of info about the franchise and process of moving up, as I expressed desire to eventually move into HR as I obtained my degree when asked about future goals. The recruiter informed they’d send my info to the DM and he’d be in contact soon. 2 hours later the DM contacted me and set an interview for the following morning. We met on the patio at the location I had applied for and he asked me a few more questions about why I chose sonic, what drives me as a leader, and what experiences I had in leadership. Then he left space to answer store specific questions I had. He was candid in what areas of opportunity the store had and where they shine.
