The application process is long, many tests to take that are along the lines of math and how to handle time. after finishing long application process, I received a call within a week. A simple 1:1 interview was schedules with basic interview questions that can easily be Googled under "common interview questions". Assuming it goes smoothly, you may be offered on the spot after the interview.

Extremely easy, they make you take what seems to be an IQ test but do not care about the results at all. Odd hiring process but if you have a pulse you will get hired.
