I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sonic (Grand Prairie, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
Polite lady, a little bit judgemental. It was a little awkward but I'm using that's how a lot of interviews are. She gave me a job on the spot. It seemed too good to be true, which it was. It seems like they would hire anyone that came in for an interview. I think they should challenge people and really look for hirable candidates. Not just hire anyone. Imagine if a company hired anyone? I know a lot do, but most of the time these types of jobs are not very good. I know by experience now. Total truth.
The process was a very simple and friendly interview. Very professional for a fast food chain. Would recommend for a high school student or a recent graduate looking to start making money.
Quick and simple. Simply apply online for the location you want to work in. When they are hiring, they call you back rather quick. Go for the interview and it's easy.
