The GM interviewed me. She was very informal. That made it so much easier to talk to her. I dressed up very nice and wore a blouse. She ended up hiring me on spot. She knew this was my first interview and would be me first job.

I applied and was immediately called for interview. The interviewer was really nice and positive and the interview went very well. I was called a week later for onboarding and filled out the paperwork a few day after.
Quick, simple, to the point questions. I sat with a manager outside on the patio and he got my information, confirmed my availability, etc. He just wanted to run by what I'd have to do with me and make sure it would be a good match. Then I started working shortly after.
