Applied online then contacted by Sony Talent Acquisition, some initial questions, then interview invitation. Interview was around 45 mins with 2 managers. Quite mixed in terms of formality, they were friendly and reasonably informal but I felt they expected solid, professional responses. Sony Talent Acquisition was quite scatty, didn't inform me of the interview result when they said they would, changed details at the last minute and didn't try to get in touch with me when I didn't confirm that I had seen the new information.
