I submitted my resume and cover letter to the Sony Music Ent. website for the Beverly Hills office detailing my interest for the music industry. Their HR person called me and did an on the spot quick interview, asking me small details about my previously held internships. The call only took a total of about 5 minutes. She then told me she would pass my resume on to the Licensing coordinator who would contact me for interview times.
I went to my interview and was met by two coordinators. Both were personable and asked straightforward, predictable questions like why I was interested in this field and what qualities I brought to the table. They didn't have a set of questions in mind to ask, it was more of a go with the flow situation.
