I was contacted by a recruiter and we fixed a bunch of phone interviews with the developer. The interview lasted around 45 mins each and were asked questions from basic java, data striuctures. Priority was given to multithreading and also some basic oral programs. Then, since i was out of state i was also given a skype call which lasted 2 hours. The hiring manager and team of developers discuss your background and completely focus your resume. Then at several points as you discuss your projects you are stopped and questioned on stuffs you did and scenarios changed where you are asked to think of a good design and solution. Overall, the interview was medium to hard where you are expected to have a strong funda and you cannot play with your resume and get away .
