I was required to answer a lot of questions and record myself while delivering a 90 second presentation about my music experience and post the presentation on Youtube as an unlisted video. I checked the analytics of my video presentation and whoever reviewed my application only watched 5 seconds of my presentation. I found that completely insulting and unprofessional since in those 5 seconds I only mentioned my name. I find it hard to believe that they learned anything about my experience just by listening to 5 seconds where I only mentioned my name. And that's a shame cause I had over 10 years of experience in the music industry. I guess they're simply not interested to hire experienced individuals. Overall, the recruitment process was extremely disappointing and the experience was a complete waste of time, considering the fact that I put in a lot of effort to create and edit an engaging video presentation.
