Ghosted by the recruiter after the initial call which I don’t think is professional. Questions were mostly about my previous experience and what I was looking for in the current role
I met with the hiring manager and director in person. This was pre-pandemic. They asked me the standard interview questions and questions about my technical skills. At this time, it was only one round of interviews. When I applied for another position within the company, there was a self-interview where you would record yourself asking questions.
