Had a chat with the recruiter who said she had shared my resume with the hiring manager and they we're interested in bringing me in for an interview. They wanted me to come in the very next day which isn't very realistic when you have a job. So the recruiter says she will reach back out with other options. I get an email from her with potential times and respond back, but here's the weird thing I never hear back from her when I responded back with the times I was free. Even followed-up twice with no response. I have never had this happen to me before and was really surprised a recruiter with 15+ years of experience would behave so poorly I understand things change but at least communicate with the candidate, a simple email could take just a minute to send, but to just not respond I think is so unprofessional and frankly I think it is very telling of the way the culture is here

I was contacted by HR via email and scheduled for a phone screener. After the phone screener, I was invited to the office to meet the team. The entire interview experience lasted 2 hours and for the most part, the interviews were conversational. Within a few days, the hiring VP called to advise that I was out of the runnings.
