Applied online. I was asked to fill out a survey two months after I applied. The very next day I was contacted by someone from the HR department interviewing me over the phone. They said someone from the department I chose on my application will contact me the next day to schedule an in-person interview. I was contacted by the department head and immediately scheduled an interview and I was hired.
